The hotel was truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge was very enthusiastic and full of detailed information regarding local attractions.

The price for the queen suite was phenomenal! Room was kept clean and the staff was very sweet. There was an evacuation around 7am our morning of check out and staff was extremely professional and answered any questions we had. The bar staff was superb during the alarm! The pool/hot tub was kept well and open until midnight which was exactly what we needed after a long day at SeaWorld. Shop was open late too! I work at a resort in North Florida and I was very impressed with the property.

Superb all around. Stayed for two weeks from Dublin in Ireland and this four star hotel well exceeded all our expectations. The staff (desk, ba, breakfast) we all so kind and truly helpful. Thus hotel made our two week holiday fantastic. While everything was brilliant at the hotel, the massive unexpected bonus was the pool area which felt like a resort, but all the handiness of the location on Universal Blvd.

Everything was amazing the room was nice with a wonderful view. Breakfast and staff in the restaurant was wonderful.

The property was beautifully maintained, and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was top notch from a quality standpoint. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

Spent a week at the Crowne Plaza resort, and have nothing but good things to say. Location was perfect, was able to get an Uber quickly and cheaply to wherever we needed to go. The bar had a nice atmosphere, Shout out to Junior who always served me my ice cold Blue Moon with a smile and good conversation! Room was spacious and clean, didn't make use of the housekeeping services, as we were only there 1 week. Convenience store was great, perfect for picking up snacks after being tired from walking around the parks all day.

Room was kinda small(compact). Cleanliness needed a little attention. Safe grab bars are needed for bathtub/shower. Refrigerator needs to be off the floor. Prices for Breakfast Buffet are way to high. If the price was 10 to 12 dollars, you would get alot of customers. Most hotels offer more on their Buffet, and it's FREE. STAFF was outstanding.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was great & within walking distance of I-drive. I-trolley stop was located in front of hotel if you want to take the bus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dinner area was luxurious, and the property was huge.
